The Bay Area offices of an AmLaw 50/Vault 50 law firm seek a senior level intellectual property litigation associate to join its Litigation Practice group.
-Base salary range: $310,000 -- $435,000
-Bonuses: top of market
-The firm has no billable hour requirement. Only 1800 hours are needed to be eligible for bonuses.
-Hybrid flexible work environment out of San Francisco or Silicon Valley
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in soft IP, trademark, copyright, trade secrets and other complex commercial litigation
- Experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Federal Trade Commission and/or International Trade Commission
- You must be an attorney licensed to practice law in California
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school
