Due to growth they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.
Position Scope and Organizational Impact
As a Project Manager you will be a leader working closely with Owners, Design Partners, and Trade Contractors. Your role is crucial in ensuring all work complies with project requirements, including quality, schedule, and budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong experience in luxury high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, hospitality, or educational projects
- Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills related to project management
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to work effectively with traveling superintendents and manage remote site operations
