Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Natural Resource Project Manager at Lord and Winter. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating natural resource projects, including resource management, communication with stakeholders, training staff, and providing consulting services mainly in Middle Tennessee.. While the role is primarily based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, some travel is required.
Qualifications
- 3 Years Experience in Wetland Delineations
- QHP-IT required, QHP Preferred
- 3 Years Experience in Bat Surveys (Acoustic or Mist Net)
- Masters Degree in Aquatic Ecology or Botany
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and clients
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of NEPA, Clean Water Act Sections 404/408, Endangered Species Act
- Experience in Natural Resource Environmental Permitting and Wetland and Stream Mitigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed work ethic
- Desire to Work in Collaboration within a High Performing Team
