Reporting to the General Manager, this position will be responsible for all marketing activities as well as collaborating with our Germany HQ marketing team on strategic initiatives. This position is based out of our Amherst, NH office.
Finetech is seeking a self-motivated, curious learner, who is a well-rounded marketing professional. This person will lead and implement our company’s North American digital marketing and event initiatives via salesforce campaigns and marketing cloud. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, technical specialists and product management to help identify marketing needs, event selection and then fully execute them.
In addition, this person will manage day-to-day tactical marketing functions including lead acquisition and trade show coordination. This includes booth design and graphics. They will assist in sales operations support, including Salesforce administration. This individual will be responsible for advertising campaigns using social media, print & online publications. The ideal candidate will learn our products to speak intelligently at industry conferences and events.
Experience marketing capital equipment within the electronics or semiconductor industry would be ideal. Excellent verbal communication and copywriting skills are assumed.
Responsibilities:
• Using Salesforce marketing cloud to lead programs to support short and long-term business objectives and lead the implementation of those programs from start to finish.
• Manage leads and campaigns within our salesforce CRM.
• Design custom digital media campaigns for local markets in collaboration with the General Manager and US based sales team for North America.
• Plan all North American marketing communication initiatives, working closely with the GM and sales team.
• Drive the creation of customer success testimonials by working with sales, tech support and directly with our end customer.
• Primary liaison with industry trade groups, publications, including tracking membership renewals and monitoring their activities and events.
• Log, track and analyze lead data and regional website registrations, working within Salesforce and analyzing industry and market trends.
• Help manage content of social media accounts, such as LinkedIn.
• Manage Google AdWords and SEO optimization in collaboration with Germany-based marketing and website team.
• Oversee tradeshow selection, booth coordination, layout, logistics & facilities. Attend as appropriate and assist in booth setup.
• Maintain inventory for marketing collateral, company apparel, and booth assets in two US offices.
• Provide copywriting/editing as needed for all marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media, and presentations.
• Assist with creation of promotional and training videos: developing scripts, assist in filming content.
• Provide CRM cloud-based support for all users, as a leading member of our Salesforce administration team.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal personnel across all functions of the organization, including our Berlin, Germany factory headquarters.
• Collaborate via regular Teams meetings with Marketing colleagues in Berlin, Germany.
Core Competencies:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing event coordination, Salesforce administration and digital media communications for a global organization.
• Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is strongly desired.
• Ability to work independently under deadline, while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities.
• Creative, detail-oriented team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• SEO management and Google analytics experience.
• Social media management (LinkedIn, YouTube) experience.
• Ability to learn, understand, and speak competently about the company’s products and capabilities.
• Software: Proficiency in MS office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud (graphics and video editing). Strong knowledge of CRM systems, ideally with Salesforce administration.
• Available and willing to occasionally travel domestically to support events and our Mesa, AZ office. Germany visit is possible on an annual basis.
• Must have the flexibility to occasionally work off hours due to event schedules as well as marketing and sales teams based in NH, AZ and Germany time zones.
Compensation Note: Salary is commensurate with experience.
