Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize FPA systems and processes to improve financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Utilize Oracle Enterprise Planning tools, including Oracle PCM, to develop and maintain robust financial models.
Lead and manage FPA transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration of new systems.
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure system compatibility and data integrity.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and understanding of new systems and tools.
Document processes and create user manuals to support system users and maintain compliance with internal standards.

Degree Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
