Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated Marketing & E-commerce Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle inbound chats and emails, ship products, create and edit videos, communicate with partner companies, and perform executive assistant and administrative duties. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge company in the VR tech space, with the chance to grow as we expand. If you’re based in Austin and have some college experience, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Manage product shipments and logistics
- Create and edit engaging video content for marketing and product promotion
- Communicate with partner companies and stakeholders
- Provide executive assistance and administrative support to the team
- Assist with marketing and e-commerce tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in video creation and editing software
- Experience with shipping and handling e-commerce orders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be based in the Austin area
- Some college education required
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Shopify, TikTok, TikTok Shop, and Gmail Suite
- Interest in virtual reality, tech, and entrepreneurship
- Passion for working in an innovative, growing VR/tech startup
