VP of Product Management
We are seeking a VP of Product Management to lead our product strategy and guide our product development, ensuring our platform seamlessly serves the needs of all our users: primarily payers and members, and overtime internal and external care teams as well as food partners.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with NourishedRx's mission and business goals. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that addresses each user group, and includes product marketing (addressing content, value proposition, and positioning).
- Product Design and Definition: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring a deep understanding of the pain points, and motivations of payers, care teams, members, and food partners. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights re. product-market fit. Aim for standard and configurable product definitions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development (engineering, data science, designers, software developers), sales, customer success, operations, and clinical teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication. Facilitate senior level reviews at agreed upon cadence.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Track key metrics and iterate on product features based on data insights.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation and differentiation with respect to new products, features and markets (feasibility, desirability, viability).
- Product Enablement: Contribute to sales training materials (demos, pitch decks, training guides, FAQs, ROI, contract templates), customer success training and management materials (implementation, demos, user management, customer reporting/insights), member marketing approach and materials, product documentation, external-facing SME support with sales and customer success teams, product monitoring and evaluation.
- Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
User Vantage Points:
- Payer: Streamlined processes for plan integration, care management coordination, and outcomes tracking. Clear ROI demonstration and cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Member: Personalized meal recommendations, easy ordering and delivery, engaging educational content, and supportive community features. Emphasis on choice, flexibility, and positive and engaging user experience.
- Care Team: Intuitive tools for member enrollment, meal matching, progress monitoring, and member communication. Seamless integration with existing workflows and external systems.
- Food Partner: Streamlined process for partner integration, order management, fulfillment processes, performance monitoring, and reporting. Access to a large and engaged member base. Opportunities for co-marketing and brand exposure.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record: 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience working with companies that have SaaS platforms and products in the B2B2C healthcare space preferred.
- User empathy: Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with the needs of diverse user groups. Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product features.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional collaborator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven: Comfortable using data to inform product decisions and measure performance. Experience with product analytics tools.
