HRIS (HCM) Reporting Analyst
SUMMARY:
This role will work in conjunction with Global & Regional Human Resources to in this role, to support the strategic planning, design, development, and communication of HR systems programs and initiatives. This will include gathering and analyzing data and delivering accurate reports and dashboards in a timely manner. Data audits - audit the human capital systems to ensure data changes are made correctly and data is accurately reflected and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Spearhead the implementation of Workday Payroll integration across multiple offices, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Leverage data insights to inform strategic decisions, ensuring our organization stays ahead of the curve and maximizes its potential.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, providing invaluable strategic advice on how to effectively leverage HCM reporting and analytics for maximum impact.
- Develop and execute strategies that guarantee data accuracy and integrity, giving our teams the confidence they need to make informed decisions.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement across the organization.
- Create and maintain intuitive dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools that track performance, providing visibility into our success.
- Present your findings to executive teams and global employees, ensuring that data insights are effectively communicated and understood.
- Train and mentor team members on HCM reporting and analytics best practices, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in HCM reporting and analytics, driving innovation and improved processes.
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing our organization’s reputation and effectiveness.
- Utilize your advanced Excel skills to analyze trends, identify anomalies, and deliver impactful reports to senior management, both in-person and through digital delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 years of experience in Payroll applications or in a corporate HRIS/IT role, with a proven track record of supporting at least one end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
- Possess hands-on configuration experience with Workday Core HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules, along with functional knowledge of Workday Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules.
- Ability to create, deploy, and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Workday, enhancing our operational intelligence.
- Be an independent self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, unafraid to tackle challenges in a sandbox setting.
- Proven ability to document current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources, or equivalent business experience.
- Workday HCM experience is mandatory
