Job Title: Lead Machine Operator
Schedule: 12hr Night Shift, 6:45pm - 7am, 2-2-3

- Operate efficiently the production lines to guarantee the quality of the product and to reach the KPI targets.
How Big Is The Job?
- Responsible for 1 production line and to coordinate the team assigned to the line.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
- Strive for 0 accident.
- Responsible of the quality of the product.
- Drive the tasks of the team assigned to the production line during the shift, to reach the KPI targets.
- Operate efficiently the production line following the process standards.
- Analyze and solve the issues popping up, do repairments and ask support to the Process Technician and to the Team Leader when needed.
- Execute the small changeovers and participate to the big ones.
- Execute the daily preventive maintenance and participate to the frequency one.
- Inform the Process Technician about process issues and improvement ideas.
- Inform the Team Leader about technical issues and improvement ideas.
- Identify opportunities and create solutions for elimination of losses/waste.
- Do an appropriate handover at the beginning and at the end of the shift.

Educational Requirements
- High School and/or Technical.
Prior Work Experience Requirements
- MUST have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
- MUST have at least 3 years of highspeed/fast pace environment.
- GMP knowledge a plus.
Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of lean principles (i.e., waste identification, OEE and limit analysis, SMED).
- Understands how to drive performance improvement across working groups to achieve high performance.
- Mechanical knowledge, mathematical aptitude, and use of small hand tools.
- Able to read measurements, gauges, pressures and other machine settings.
