Our client anticipates needing a Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee building projects, usually for Commercial, Government, and a variety of other construction industry projects.
As a traveling construction superintendent, your duties and responsibilities include managing all aspects of a project, from planning and acquiring materials and equipment to negotiating contract terms to creating a realistic schedule for construction and following the plan to completion.
You also ensure that different groups involved in the project are working together effectively. Because construction projects occur in various states, like Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, and Nebraska, and may expand to other states over time, our client seeks a construction superintendent who is willing and able to travel to oversee projects.
