Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract-to-hire basis. The successful candidate will work primarily "behind a desk" (80+% of the time) to design, evaluate, and improve integrated systems for industrial production processes. You will work closely with a project manager and clients to ensure design accuracy, manage capital estimates, and develop proposals.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and modifying mechanical systems for industrial production.
• Reviewing and updating existing drawings or producing new ones.
• Collaborating with clients to determine project requirements and process flows.
• Managing capital estimates for clients and contributing to the development of proposals.
• Working alongside equipment Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to implement solutions.
• Participating as a core team member to ensure project goals are met.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Proven industrial/manufacturing experience.
• Strong background in engineering.
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
Compensation:
$130K to $160K.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
