PARALEGAL - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
FORT LAUDERDALE/DOWNTOWN LOCATION
SALARY 80 - 100K DOE
HYBRID WORK SITUATION (3 DAYS IN OFFICE)
Top and well-known Florida law firm, with several offices has an immediate need for a talented Paralegal with a strong background in sophisticated commercial litigation cases.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Legal fact and basic legal research
- Large case management including document management
- Organize and electronically file legal documents
- Trial prep
- Team player
- Experience with MS Office products and summation or similar
- Highly organized with excellent oral, written and computer skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years as Litigation Paralegal
- Ability to work overtime as needed
