Title: Client Services Representative (CSR)

CoreCap Investments, LLC is a mid-sized independent broker-dealer located in the Detroit suburbs with an affiliated SEC-registered investment advisor.

Job Summary:

The Client Services Rep is responsible for processing new accounts, onboarding new brokers and all account servicing needs.

Summary of Essential Job Functions (included but not limited to):

· Process opening of new fee-based and transaction client accounts, including ensuring that all paperwork is in good order and completed in a timely manner

· Working with clearing broker and custodians to obtain rep codes and open new accounts

· Processing client service requests, including distributions, ACATs, RMDs and others

· Provide excellent customer service through regular communication via phone and email with assigned reps

· Keeping up-to-date and accurate records for all reps and client accounts

· Assist the rep/agent in preparing and maintaining their client forms for use by registered representative and clients

· Preparation of mailings to both clients and reps

· Other operational, administrative and data-entry responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

· Financial services and/or operations experience preferred

· Ability to obtain Series 6/63 license within 6 months of hire

· Prior experience working with clearing broker relationship/system desirable

· Prior knowledge of securities industry and terminology

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products

· Strong customer service insight

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to work well on a team, or independently

· Strong attention to detail

· Reliable and punctual, with effective time management skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits to full-time employees include health, dental and vision benefits. All applicants are required to take a PI Survey. All employees are subject to a background check prior to hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
