Requirements & Responsibilities for the Maintenance Supervisor:
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a distribution or related environment.
- Ability to perform basic repairs on water-activated case sealers required
- Ability to perform basic repairs on forklifts strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing electrical, mechanical, or maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Warehouse Control Software (WCS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Compensation for the Maintenance Supervisor:
- Direct Hire
- Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX
- Schedule: M-F, dayshift - 6AM-2:30PM
- Salary/Pay: $70-$75K/yr.
