Position Overview
As an On-Site Housing Specialist, you will deliver excellent customer service while managing tasks related to government rental assistance programs. This full-time, on-site role in Chicago involves determining eligibility, processing income and rent documentation, and managing contracts with property owners. You'll ensure compliance with housing regulations and provide clear, empathetic support to participants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate participants on program requirements and rights

Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience in housing programs or rental assistance
- Familiarity with Housing Choice Voucher Program regulations
- High school diploma/GED required
- Clear background check and drug testing required
