West Coast Trial Lawyers, a downtown Los Angeles Personal Injury law firm, seeks a pre-litigation professional with personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience managing pre-litigation cases from inception to settlement. Upon hire and completion of training, case managers will be performing the following tasks:
- Confirming coverages and liability
- Negotiating property damage claims
- Coordinating medical treatment
- Reviewing demand letters
- Interacting with adjusters daily
- Communicating daily with clients to provide them updates on their case
- Case management
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience handling personal injury matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent customer service skills. You will be talking to clients on a daily basis.
- 2- 10 Years of Personal Injury Case Management Experience
PREFERENCES
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Knowledge of Filevine software
