Clinical Nurse Specialist Full Time Rotating Position Summary Provides expert education and mentoring for nursing staff, hospital administration, physicians, patients, families and the community. Applies specialized knowledge, demonstrates skills and competencies in the delivery of nursing care.
Responsibilities Actively plans, participates, implements and cooperates with clinical research. Is responsible for developing educational programs and inservices, and leading interdisciplinary councils and committees. Serves as role model, mentor and patient advocate.
THE CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST FULL TIME ROTATING CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. Education Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Preferred: Academic degree in nursing preferred (Bachelors or Masters degree)
