We are looking for a:
Testing and Commissioning Engineer
The resource will be part of a team focused on theRailway System testing.
The resource will be responsible in:
- Focus on test, verification, and delivery of a CBTC signalling system including Onboard, Ground Based and Operational Control subsystems.
- Be an interface with the engineering team and the V&V leaders
- Join V&V test in lab
- Report eventual anomalies during Static, Dynamic and Simulated testing and be proactive in facing them
- Be responsible for the architecture definition according to the specified requirements and safety integrity level
- Review and Verification of the project to guarantee that the functionalities and performances of the requirements are achieved.
- Work in an AGILE team and scrum framework.
- Safety first focus for all, project activities.
Preferable requirements:
- Knowledge on railway systems: Signaling principles, Troubleshooting, Software installation, Log retrieval
- Experience in creating test procedures.
- Experience in compiling field results in Test Reports.
- Experience in test execution.
- Experience in signaling and communications, preferrable in CBTC
- Experience in telecommunications, server’s configuration, Network and RF
- Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the railway field
- Ability to be work both independently and as part of a team
- To be proactive and able to anticipate
