Summary:
Our client is a global leader in providing the technology and services for Lottery Systems and Digital Interactive Gaming. Their HQ is in Alpharetta, GA and they are looking for a Tier 3 Mac/Jamf Engineer. This tier 3 level Engineer is on the service desk team alongside 4-6 other Windows/PC Service Desk Engineers. They will be supporting all internal employees, which includes ~200 Mac user and ~2500 Windows users. This person will primarily be supporting all Mac related service desk responsibilities (listed in requirements below).
Desired Skillset:
- Mac Service Desk exp.
- Device and Operating System updates from OS 12 to latest version.
- Jamf management certified level 200 or 300
- Being able to script or load scripts within Jamf for Mac Operating Systems
- Superman scripting
- Connecting printers via Jamf
- Connecting computers under company policy via Jamf
- Load MDM profiles
- Patch management
- Configuration profiles
- Automated device enrollment
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Setting up workstations

Day to day responsibilities:

Compensation:
$27/hr to $30/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
