General Responsibilities:
The Financial Advisor is an integral part of the organization. With financial planning responsibility for the firm’s clients and company provided leads, the Financial Advisor is able to build an excellent business for themselves. Financial Advisors must have a professional demeanor, be extremely punctual, maintain a great attitude, and be willing to do whatever it takes to make the client experience over the top while maintaining company protocol.

- Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and follow-through.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to accommodate client needs as well as firm needs
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-5 + years of financial planning experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
- A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A burning desire to succeed
- An ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress
- FINRA Series 65 Designation or equivalent
- Insurance licensed in Kansas and Missouri strongly preferred
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops, services, and delivers financial planning to their own list of clients
- Services and delivers financial planning to the firm’s small to mid-size clients
- Services existing clients with plan reviews including scheduling and delivering reviews
- Assists in research
- Assists in developing client event presentations
- Follows up on firm-generated leads
- Assists the Senior Wealth Advisor as requested
- Develops and maintains written systems of all their activities
- Complies with all regulatory policies
- Performs all other assigned duties
Salary:
$70,000 - $150,000 (base + commission)

Hours:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
- Must be available for occasional evening client events (ending around 7:30pm)
