Apex Systems is seeking to hire 3 Customer Support specialists to join their team on a special project. This project will involve reaching out to existing customers who are behind on their plan or who wish to cancel. You'll be identifying their pain points, gathering information to plan for future instances and prevent the same outcome.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing 2 days of work from home per week.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in providing customer support / customer service
- Experience working in a call center or high call volume environment is highly desired
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with a CRM platform for data log/customer database management
