Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Promotes Technology for UMC-USA to North America customers in pre-sale effort.
- Serves as liaison between customers’ engineering teams and internal UMC teams.
- Provides technology support, consultation and solutions to customers, sales organization and design community.
- Provides technical assistance to manufacturing and customer engineering.
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:
- MS/PhD degree required, EE is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor technology development, process integration & device expertise is a must
- Project management experience a must, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Strong organizational, communication & presentation skills
- Highly analytical and strong problem solving capabilities
- Experienced in customer relationship management
- Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed
- Fluent in English, flexible in business travels
