We could say we’re a men’s flannel brand, but that wouldn’t do us justice. We’ve been named Best Overall Flannel for 2023 & 2024 by GearJunkie, going toe-to-toe with the heavyweights of the outdoor world—and winning. Even Joe Rogan called us “the best damn flannel in the world.”
Our customers rave about our products, and our sales reflect the truth: we’re on to something big. But we know we can push further faster, and that’s where YOU come in.
This job description is just the beginning—what matters most is your passion for creating something great every single day. We’re looking for grit, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to operating that goes beyond the scope of any role description.
MERCHANDISING AND OPERATIONS MANAGER
At MuskOx, we believe that great products are the backbone of great brands, and as Merchandising and Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our product strategy and operational success. And of course your strong sense of design is something you will use to articulate your POV on styles, fabrics, and colors.
With a commitment to innovation and excellence, you'll lead us toward new heights of profitability and operational efficiency.
