Role: Project Senior Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL.
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay Rate: up to $45/hr W2 (Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, LTD Insurance)
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Senior Analyst to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and drive strategic initiatives within a key function of our client's organization. This role involves utilizing industry expertise and in-depth knowledge to solve complex challenges, improve efficiency, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities while playing a critical role in mentoring and guiding teams to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the distribution and communication of changes in processes, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilize expert knowledge to resolve issues within the function and offer solutions for continuous improvement.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including stakeholder management, project charters, risk assessments, and benefits tracking.
- Allocate and monitor resources, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Oversee change management processes and ensure project dependencies are well-documented and understood.
- Track project financials, analyze variances, and adjust forecasts as necessary to meet budgetary targets.
- Create detailed communication and risk management plans to keep stakeholders informed and manage potential risks effectively.
- Facilitate the transition of new systems, processes, and products to ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Serve as a liaison between the project team and key business areas, ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation of process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on development, change management, and policy revisions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior leaders and team members, providing guidance on project deliverables and risks.
- Continually evaluate and refine project processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to align with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, address risk issues, and maintain transparency in reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management or process optimization.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of core operational processes and workflows.
- Experience with call center systems, technologies, and practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and a background in customer service management within a call center environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
