A Mission Driven Nonprofit in San Francisco has an immediate need for a proactive and motivated Executive Assistant to join their team! This is a 6-month, onsite contract role with the opportunity to go full-time with the right candidate. In this role, you will support one of the firm’s executives with important scheduling, special projects, and communication management. *Please note this is a temp-to-perm role onsite in San Francisco, pay will be $33-$35/h*
What you’ll do:
- Screen and filter emails/incoming calls and answer meeting requests
- Manage complex calendar and travel plans, monitoring budget levels
- Coordinate and execute senior-level internal and external meetings and special events
- Compile extensive expense reports
- Prepare for meetings – create presentations and reports, book and organize rooms, etc.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis as needed
- Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as needed
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3+ years of high-level support experience; nonprofit or professional services environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills and excellent independent judgment
- Highly skilled in MS Office and Google Suite
- Excited to collaborate with others on strategic projects and daily operations
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Enthusiastic and positive about your role in the company’s success
