Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IAM Business Analyst to join our team and support our client, in mapping out and managing their Identity Access Management (IAM) environment. This role is crucial for ensuring SOX compliance and involves working with various IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk. Key Responsibilities:
• Identity Access Management: Support and map out the IAM environment, ensuring it meets SOX compliance standards.
• Requirements Gathering: Lead the requirements gathering process for IAM projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand and document their needs.
• Environment Mapping: Develop detailed mappings of the IAM environment, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring seamless integration of IAM tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure the IAM environment supports business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Requirements
Top 3-5 Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years focused on Identity Access Management.
• SOX Compliance: Strong background in SOX compliance and understanding of regulatory requirements related to IAM.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Education: Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Eligibility: Open to U.S. citizens and green card holders.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
