Position Details:
- Develop & maintain effective working relationships with customers, contractors, and co-workers.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the entire course of construction.
- Manage the development of team project tasks, focus on attaining goals, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making constructive suggestions.
- Determine construction needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all customer needs.
- Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain accurate labor forecasts to meet each project’s needs while staying within budget.
- Develops & keeps all project schedules.
- Ensure scope change & change orders are processed and incorporated into the current scope of work in a timely manner.
- Monthly billings with end of month forecasting.
- Provide accurate monthly WIP reports.
- Approve purchase orders along with vendor/sub-contractor invoices.
- Help sales with managing an accurate backlog.
