LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Support Specialist in Irvine, CA! This is a permanent hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
• Organize, review, and manage litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Assist in the collection, processing, and review of electronically stored information (ESI) using industry-standard tools and software.
• Maintain and update litigation databases, ensuring accuracy and security of case information.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings to assist attorneys in case strategy and development.
• Trains end users on database use and document management.
• Prepare status reports and case summaries for attorneys, highlighting key developments and deadlines
• May provide assistance and support to attorneys in trial preparation. This includes creating exhibit lists, and preparing trial binders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required (e.g., Legal Studies, Business, Information Technology)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or related roles.
• Proficient in legal software (e.g., CSDisco) and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and e-discovery principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Paralegal certification or similar credentials.
• Experience with trial technology and courtroom presentations.
• Familiarity with various legal areas (e.g., intellectual property, corporate law, employment law).
Salary Range:
$70,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
