Job Title: Workday Extend Developer

Job Location: Chicago , IL/ New Jersey/ Atlanta/ Columbia, SC

Job Description : Capgemini is seeking Workday Extend Developer for our ongoing project

Required skills

8+ years of experience as a Workday Extend and Workday Integration Analyst or similar role.
Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Workday Extend.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Develop and maintain Workday Extend reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Extend applications and integrations.
Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements in all development activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
Stay updated with the latest Workday Extend features, trends, and best practices to continually improve the development process.
Participate in cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations and sprints planning activities
Ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them within Workday.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
