We are looking for someone who can use information to thoroughly advise and communicate to DesignForce’s clientele various strategies for achieving desired workforce and organizational outcomes and balance ideas for how an organization can be great with a curious, objective, and open-minded approach. Core Responsibilities Include:
- Deploy a comprehensive suite of offerings ranging from job analysis and job description development, to design and administration of engagement surveys, to organizational design and change management.
- Collect information, analyze data, and produce written and visual reports, and provide some advisory services to a diverse set of AEC-oriented clients.
- Apply industry knowledge to facilitate and craft organizational design.
- Design tools and assessments for performance metrics, job analysis, employee engagement, cultural analysis and compensation analysis.
- Analyze results to cultivate solutions that meet clients' goals and expectations.
- Improve and iterate policies to reflect equitable and ethical practices.
- Research and inform executive coaching and psychological assessments to improve leadership effectiveness at all levels.
- Develop strategic and succession plans that ensure the long-term success of organizations and the betterment of its employees.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in field relevant to AEC strategy, e.g. I-O Psychology, Organizational Development & Change, Business Administration, or professional degree in Architecture, Interiors, Engineering, etc.
- Professional experience and/or equivalent academic research in relevant strategy topics.
- Prior consultancy or corporate experience in relevant strategy topics.
- Display exemplary communication capabilities, effectively communicating verbally and through writing.
- Be self-motivated and display a commitment to task completion.
- Be able to pivot quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Love food. Seriously. We like to eat. (Specific knowledge about the DC food scene is a plus but not a requirement)
