Brief Overview:
Seeking a Head of Digital to lead digital transformation and product innovation initiatives. This role is critical for driving customer acquisition, enhancing digital product experiences, and scaling revenue through data-driven strategies. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital channels, develop and execute product roadmaps, and ensure the company is at the forefront of digital innovation. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in digital marketing, product management, and growth strategy who is passionate about leveraging technology to fuel business growth and improve user experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, and growth roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven track record of scaling digital products and driving substantial growth through digital channels.
- Expertise in eCommerce, mobile commerce, and omni-channel digital strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making, including experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with SEO, paid media, CRM systems, marketing automation, and A/B testing tools.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building and scaling teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with a focus on execution and delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Growth & Strategy
- Develop and lead the company’s digital growth strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation across multiple digital channels (eCommerce, mobile apps, websites, etc.).
- Collaborate with the C-suite to define the vision and strategic priorities for scaling digital products and services.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end performance of digital marketing efforts, including paid media, SEO, email, social, and content marketing.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions for optimizing digital growth campaigns.
Product Leadership
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the development, launch, and lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to implementation, across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Partner with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and data teams to create user-centric products that drive engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.
- Conduct product performance analyses and iterate on the roadmap to improve features, functionality, and scalability.
- Establish frameworks for A/B testing, user research, and customer feedback to optimize product experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment between digital growth initiatives and overall company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams through effective communication, goal-setting, and collaboration to foster innovation and execution excellence.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to leverage insights that inform decision-making and growth strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing team across product management, digital marketing, analytics, and UX/UI.
- Establish a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning within the digital and product teams.
- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI for digital initiatives.
