Industrial General Contractor seeking an experienced Construction Manager or Construction Project Manager to lead their Industrial and Manufacturing projects across the US. You’ll run the day-to-day on-site operations, keeping things on track, on budget, and up to safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Oversee all construction activities on-site
- Coordinate with subs, suppliers, and project managers
- Maintain quality control
- Conducting inspections and overseeing safety compliance on-site.
- Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols
- Manage schedules and budgets
- Solve problems as they come up and keep things moving
- Logistics - materials and supplies
- Addressing and resolving issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Managing and allocating resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing the project budget.
- Negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed.
- Ensuring the project stays on schedule and making adjustments to meet deadlines when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years in a Project Manager role, with experience in Industrial and Manufacturing projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and budgets
