This position is REMOTE in Washington D.C area only. (15-40 min. away)
We are a growing Residential Developer in the Washington D.C. area looking for a licensed architect.
About the position:
- Designing both major single family renovations as well as ground-up residential construction.
- You will collaborate with the construction project management teams and other departments at the company
- Adhere to schedules and deadlines for design production and construction administration
- Produce basic electrical and plumbing plans for projects
- Managing drafters
About You:
- Licensed Architect
- Experience in single family home construction.
- Experience with Washington D.C. architecture/construction is preferred, but if you have a great personality and the right experience, we can work with that (or even relocate you)
- Management experience is a plus
- Revit experience is required.
