We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Atlas Logistics Team as an Account Manager! The Account Manager is an integral and proficient team member at Atlas Logistics and is responsible for comprehensive project management and fostering robust customer relationships. This role independently manages larger, more complex accounts, serving as the primary liaison between the customer and the storage facility. The Account Manager ensures budget adherence and coordinates timely deliveries, consistently prioritizing quality and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management, profitability, and budgeting of assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with warehouses and support services to coordinate and supervise customer projects, ensuring efficient and professional handling.
- Ensure timely delivery of all agreed-upon documentation to assigned accounts.
- Provide prompt and accurate quotations to customers or prospective clients via the sales department.
- Negotiate competitive pricing with warehouses and customers to maximize returns.
- Resolve disputes and claims efficiently for assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance the servicing of assigned logistics accounts.
- Other duties may be assigned.

What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
- 2-4 years' job-related experience and/or a combination of both education and experience are required.
- Excellent reasoning ability
- Effective problem-solving, organizational, analytical, oral and communication skills
- Knowledge of Database, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organizations.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
