Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

A nurse practitioner or physician assistant is needed to join this FQHC community health center
You will primarily be doing family medicine/primary care with the possibility of some UC shifts.
Must have at least two years of experience and ideally FQHC experience
Work 32-40 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm with one possible later shift (11am-8pm)
See 24 patients a day and have a call schedule every six weeks
Earn $110K-135K DOE plus a quality incentive bonus and three weeks PTO
