Job Description:
BookedBy is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer who will be essential in building our talent pipeline and connecting us with exceptional candidates. In this role, you’ll leverage your sourcing skills to identify high-potential candidates, engage with them, and set the stage for successful recruitment. You will play a critical role in ensuring our vacancies are filled with exceptional candidates who align with BookedBy’s culture and values. This person will be instrumental in driving our hiring efforts and ensuring we meet our talent acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various channels.
- Screen resumes and perform initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Engage with passive candidates to build relationships and create a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with recruiter and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay current with industry trends and sourcing best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruitment role, with a proven track record of successful candidate identification and engagement.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools, platforms, and technologies.
- A passion for finding top talent, a creative and proactive approach to sourcing, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable with a fast paced environment, and has a "no task is too small" mentality.
