The Job:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent, collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain a positive work environment, implement policies and procedures. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training. Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Succession planning and talent management to identify and develop our team’s top players.
- Develop and update policies related to labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives programs to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Managing payroll and benefits administration processes as well as HRIS management and reporting.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, experience in lieu of degree considered
- HR Certification preferred (SHRM/PHR)
- 7+ years of HR experience, multi-state multi-site
- Experience utilizing ADP WFN
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
