Natural Resources & Commercial Litigation Associate
Job Requirements:
Our Litigation group seeks an associate attorney with a minimum of 2 years post-JD experience to join our litigation tea. Join us and help solve disputes involving natural resources, contracts, class actions, commercial issues, oil & gas, energy, the environment, and federal public lands. We are looking for a star performer who will take the work seriously, yet still be a part of our fun Firm culture.
Qualified candidates may have the following attributes:
- Experience representing clients in commercial issues, contracts, natural resources, oil & gas, energy, federal lands, or environmental litigation matters.
- Strong legal research and legal writing skills.
- Enthusiasm, attention to detail, an entrepreneurial and ownership mentality, and the ability to contribute to and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor
- Former judicial law clerks encouraged to apply.
- Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Colorado or willing to complete the process to waive into Colorado Bar.
Position Type:
- Full-Time in person role.
Salary Range:
- $175,000 to $210,000 – Depending on experience.

Benefits:
- At year end, this position is eligible for an hours-based bonus and may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

- Yearly 1800-hour expectation.
