We are seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist skilled in Technology Procurement to join our team and lead our efforts in optimizing technology procurement strategies, driving cost efficiency, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery from suppliers.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing global sourcing strategies, evaluating and managing supplier relationships, and aligning sourcing initiatives with overall business needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Identify and evaluate suppliers, conducting risk assessments and performance analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to drive cost efficiency and supply assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business needs.
- Manage and monitor supplier performance metrics and initiate improvements as needed.
- Stay current on market trends, supply chain risks, and potential alternative sourcing options.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and ethical sourcing standards.
Requirements/Must Haves:
- High School Diploma or equivalent 3 years minimum in Technology Procurement with large scale vendors
- Intermediate Excel skills & Excel analysis
- Able to create polished PP presentations using storytelling and comfortable presenting to C-Suite
- Comfortable communicating & influencing from factory floor through C-Suite
- Must have experience with Ariba, preferred experience with Sievo and/or Hicx
- Able to work a hybrid of remote work and be onsite minimum 1 day a week, possibly more
