- Design & Develop: Bring your creative flair to conceptualize and develop cutting-edge packaging solutions that stand out!
- Innovate: Dive into the latest materials and technologies and keep us ahead of the curve by researching packaging trends that will drive our success.
- Collaborate: Work together with cross-functional teams to create packaging designs that meet performance, cost, and sustainability goals.
- Prototype & Test: Get hands-on by creating prototypes and conducting tests to ensure our packaging meets operational needs and delights our customers.
- Optimize: Analyze test results and refine designs to maximize functionality and performance.
- Project Management: Lead multiple packaging development projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications:
- With 5+ years of experience and 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- Collaborator, skilled at building strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
