Capstone IT prides itself on placing quality individuals with great companies. We are partnering with our client in the HVAC industry to find a strong Solutions Architect with expertise in Dynamics 365, .NET Core, and Azure.
Position Summary
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand their needs and develop comprehensive solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Your strong technical expertise and analytical skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and develop detailed solution architectures, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and security.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project progress.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Proof of Concept Development: Develop and conduct proof of concept demonstrations to validate solution feasibility and address technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, particularly related to Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET Core, and cloud technologies (Azure).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technology solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and applications is a plus.
