The firm handles some of the largest and most complex M&A deals in the market and the antitrust team plays a key role in getting those transactions across the finish line. Its partners focus on providing associates with substantive opportunities in managing client relationships and direct interaction with the DOJ and FTC. We encourage applications from attorneys with several years of antitrust experience working with Amlaw firms and/or the government.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bar Admission in NY
- JD Year 2018-2021 with impressive educational background
- Familiarity with both transactional and litigation antitrust matters
- Proven experience managing high-profile cases
- Exceptional client management skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
