Job Description:
Construction Coordinator provides on-site construction inspection services for client, its affiliates and external customers. Monitors adherence to contract terms. This position develops competence by performing structured work assignments and receives instruction, guidance and direction from supervisor, manager and/or more experienced colleagues
Minimum Qualifications:
- Four or more years of experience in construction trades, industrial maintenance, or construction project management, including some experience monitoring contract labor and projects to ensure compliance with contract specifications, building codes and safety regulations.
- A degree(s) in construction project management or relevant field may be substituted.
- Must be able to work from heights
- Driver's license
Nice to Have:
- Ability to read and comprehend drawing and technical specifications. Ability to take measurements, read a tape measure, and calculate square footages.
