Project Overview: Global Finance Transformation Project and need an OCM Consultant to assist with these initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced OCM Consultant responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to maximize adoption and usage of new vendor onboarding process.
- Includes plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the change.
- The OCM Consultant will be responsible for managing OCM, communication, and training.
- The practice will include the readiness/adoption plan, coaching plan, communication plan, and training plan.
- Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.
- Design, develop, deliver and manage communications to employees and vendors.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Collaborate with the project team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Track and report issues related to overall change management process.
Requirements:
- Must be located in Chicago, IL
- Be able to clearly and effectively communicate the need for change, both verbally and in writing, to all stakeholders
- Be capable of guiding stakeholders through the change process and motivating them to embrace new ways of working
- Align change initiatives with the organizations overall strategy and objectives
- Be able to identify challenges quickly and develop practical solutions to facilitate the change process
- Manage and resolve disputes that may arise during periods of change
Preferred
- Project Management skills - Planning, executing, and monitoring change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
- Change Management Specialist (CMS) Required Skills
- Has developed formal training and communication plan for a large organization
Pay Range: $75-100/ HR
- The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
