We are seeking an experienced Logistics planning assistant manager to manage our logistics performance and profit and loss. The ideal candidate will have at least 4years of experience in logistics planning, and fluency in both Korean and English. This role requires a strong data analytic skills and ability to use MS office. (Excel, PowerPoint and so on)
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strategies for the U.S. logistics market
- Profit and Loss improvement through strategic planning and resource management
- Manage Monthly performance data and profit and loss.
- Forecast next year’s profit and loss targets by partnering with each division leaders to understand their operations, strategies, and difficulties.
- Prepare and present Performance reports to regional HQ and Korea HQ.
- Establish Yearly business plan and Progress management.
- Derive business issues and prepare report.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Create various Ad-Hoc Reports at the request of upper management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics planning.
- Minimum of 4 years in logistics or supply chain management.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
