We're seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our client's dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in overseeing the construction of municipal and utility projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality.
Responsibilities:
- Field Leadership: Direct daily field operations, including safety inspections, training, and coordinating with subcontractors.
- Project Management: Monitor project progress, implement process improvements, and maintain adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure project success.

Qualifications:
