What your future day will look like:
- Lead integration of the Quality Management System.
- Develop quality metrics, design and production certification plans.
- Create criteria for supplier selection.
- Analyze nonconforming products and create corrective actions.
- Perform quality audits.
- Identify areas of improvement from data analysis.
- Ensure 5S principles are met each day.
- Oversee production training and skills assessment programs.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years working in quality management.
- ISO and IATF experience strongly preferred.
- Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with electrical component assembly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
