People Learning Coordinator
Location: Downtown Chicago, IL
Type: 5+ month contract

Responsibilities: This role is responsible for administering industry-leading onboarding and training programs, contributing to the delivery of effective learning experiences by ensuring successful production and execution of training events. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the experiences of different audiences through meaningful and impactful learning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of hospitality, even coordination or learning development work experience
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Experience with Kahoot! online game-based learning platform highly preferred
