We're looking for a skilled Operational Change Manager to join the Maximo Upgrade Project in Saint Louis, MO, for a contract role. This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the Maximo Application Suite upgrade, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption for over 700 end-users.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll lead change management strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and user training for an upgrade of Maximo to the cloud. Your work will directly support end-users, helping them transition smoothly to the new system, ensuring high engagement and effective change management throughout the project.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ 5+ years of experience in change management, ideally with enterprise asset management (EAM) systems like IBM Maximo
✅ Background in utilities or public sector, with a strong grasp of asset management processes
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to drive change and influence at all levels
