Large, St. Louis area corporation is seeking a Corporate Paralegal on a direct-hire, permanent basis. This Corporate Paralegal would work alongside three other paralegals in the legal department on primarily corporate and transactional matters. Specific duties will include:
- Preparing and maintaining corporate records
- Coordinating annual meetings
- Taking meeting minutes
- Forming and dissolving entities
- Assisting with corporate governance
- Reviewing various contracts
- Assisting with due diligence and business transaction closings
- Conducting legal research and analyzing legal issuesÂ
